For your convenience, Jalavihar is open year-round.

• Jalavihar is fully staffed with lifeguards.
• All-day lockers and shower facilities are available.
• Personal flotation devices are subject to lifeguard approval.
• Alcoholic beverages and glass containers plastic Glass, plates and plastic items are not allowed in the park.
• Smoking, consumption of pan/gutka/alcohol/intoxicating substance, in Water Park premises is strictly not permitted.
• Appropriate bathing swimming costumes are required on rides and in the pools (cutoffs or items with metal fasteners, rivets, zippers or buckles).
• Clothing with rivets, buckles or exposed metal are not permitted.
• Jewelry, watches and valuables must be removed.
• Only guests wearing swimming costumes or shorts are allowed on this ride. Loose fitting swimwear, T-Shirts, goggles and glasses are not suitable for the ride.
• No refunds are issued due to inclement weather.
• Persons with visible injuries (persons wearing casts, bandages, braces, etc.) are not permitted.
• Obey the instructions of the lifeguards at all times.
• Riders must wait to be dispatched by the ride attendant.
• Only enter the ride when the lifeguard tells you to do so. Start yourself down the launch ramp when the lifeguard signals or assists you
• No standing on tubes or horseplay stunts. Stay seated in your tube for the entire ride. Fail to abide by these rule may result in injury to yourself or others, and you can be prohibited from riding.
• No diving, no running
• Under 10’s must be accompanied by an adult
• 5-9 years 2 children per responsible adult
• Under 5’s 1 child per responsible adult
• Pregnant women or persons with or having a history of heart, back, neck or joint problems should not ride.
• The surface of the ride is slippery. If the ride shuts off, or if you stop anywhere on the ride, remain seated until a lifeguard comes to assist you.
• No goggles or glasses are allowed on this ride
• Place your tube in the start of the tub/Launch area
• Sit down on your tube facing forward and hold onto the handles and extend your legs in front of you.
• The tube may turn and rotate during the course of the ride. Always hold on to the handles and keep your weight in the center of the tube
• Stay seated in your tube for the entire ride, failure to abide by these rules may result in injury to yourself or others and you can be prohibited from riding
• All diaper-aged children must wear proper swim diapers at all times. Minimum weight and height restrictions apply to some slides.
• Guests acting in a manner that is unsafe, profane or not family-friendly will be required to leave immediately without refund.
• To avoid confusion, designate a meeting place and time for all members of your group. Guests will be paged only in the event of a medical emergency.
• Management will not be responsible for the loss or Damage of any of your personal belongings
• Line Jumping is NOT Allowed ANY GUEST WHO LINE JUMPS, REGARDLESS OF THE REASON, MAY BE ASKED LEAVE THE PARK WITH NO REFUND GIVEN!
• Rider Responsibility Each guest at our Park has legal and moral obligations to act responsibly on all rides and attractions. Remember – safety is a shared responsibility! The Park can only do so much to keep you safe—it is up to you, as well. We can’t protect people from the consequences of their own reckless or irresponsible behavior. You must act responsibly for your own health and safety, and for that of others.

Jalavihar Offers a variety of water park amenities to make your visit as convenient and enjoyable as possible.

• The water for all our Waterpark needs is supplied by the Metro Water Supply.
• We have full-time lifeguards working at the park in case of emergencies.
• We also have a senior nurse/doctor and Wheelchair facilities.
• For your convenience lockers are provided on rental basis.
• For your convenience swimming costumes are available on rental basis.
• Dress Changing rooms and Shower Rooms also available.
• Food Courts with variety of food stalls.
